Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />Senior <br />Citizen <br />Housing <br />11711DT °S ^F '"NE RFCULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLR CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />March 3, 1983 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of March, <br />1993 at 7:32 P.M. at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />The following members of the Planning Commission were present: <br />Pete Costa <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Myers Prattalone <br />Karolyn Kingsbury <br />Sharon Timmons <br />Jim Steele <br />Joseph Vitale <br />Tom Ducharme <br />The following members of the Commission were absent: <br />Roy French <br />Also Present: <br />Dave Licht, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended the minutes of the February 3, 1983 <br />Planning Commission be approved. <br />Motion seconded by Mrs. Timmons. <br />Motion carried 8 — 0. <br />Mr. John Rocheford of the Community Development Corporation <br />appeared before the Commission. Rocheford reported that there <br />are 41 elderly housing units and handicapped units proposed for <br />a site that is next to the Market Place. <br />Mr. Rocheford reported that the building will be three —story <br />and will consist of 1 two bedroom unit and the rest 1 bedroom <br />units. There will be two units equipped with handicapped bath <br />and two units equipped for the completely physically handicapped. <br />The building will have an elevator, a community room and a lobby. <br />There will also be a laundry and a tub room. <br />Page —1— <br />
