Rocheford, Jr. <br />Westminster Corp. <br />328 West 6th Street <br />St. Paul, Mn. 55101 <br />Re:Report on Elderly & Handicapped Building insurance <br />Dear John: <br />In reply to your request that I respond to the above report <br />presented to you by Mr. Ed Locke, I submit the following: <br />Based on the assumption that the building in question is <br />constructed with masonry fire walls dividing the structure into <br />two fire divisions, the blanket rate would be $ .14 per $100.00 <br />of valuation. This would include the Building, Contents, Rents, <br />and Liability insurance. It might be noted that our package <br />policy also includes Non -Owned and Hired Auto Liability coverage <br />and $1,000,000 Umbrella Liability coverage. Including the latter <br />raises the blanket rate to $ .15 per $100.00 of valuation. <br />The cost of $1,281,450 All Risk, Agreed Amount, Full Replacement <br />Cost coverage on the building would be $1794.00 annually. Including <br />the Non -Owned and Hired Auto Liability and the Umbrella Liability <br />coverage, the annual cost would be $1922.00. <br />I hope the above information is helpful.
