However, the site plan illustrates parking space sizes as 9 feet by 18 feet. The Ordinance requires spaces to be not less than 8 1/2 feet by 20 feet. The site plan will have to be revised to reflect the appropriate parking space size prior to final approval. There should be adequate room to reflect this change. Off- Street Loading: The Zoning Ordinance requires a loading area to be provided on- site to prevent congestion of the public right -of -way. The loading berth shall be located in such a manner so as to not conflict with vehicular and pedestrian movement. The loading area may not be located in any portion of required on -site parking spaces. The applicant's site plan does not provide a loading area to accommodate convenience goods delivery. The site plan will have to be revised to illustrate the location of an appropriate loading area prior to any final approval. Page 25
