However, the site <br />plan illustrates parking space sizes as 9 feet by 18 feet. The <br />Ordinance requires spaces to be not less than 8 1/2 feet by 20 <br />feet. The site plan will have to be revised to reflect the <br />appropriate parking space size prior to final approval. There <br />should be adequate room to reflect this change. <br />Off- Street Loading: <br />The Zoning Ordinance requires a loading area to be provided on- <br />site to prevent congestion of the public right -of -way. The <br />loading berth shall be located in such a manner so as to not <br />conflict with vehicular and pedestrian movement. The loading <br />area may not be located in any portion of required on -site <br />parking spaces. <br />The applicant's site plan does not provide a loading area to <br />accommodate convenience goods delivery. The site plan will have <br />to be revised to illustrate the location of an appropriate <br />loading area prior to any final approval. <br />Page 25 <br />
