MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />November 10, 1988 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held <br />on the 10th day of November, 1988 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the following members of the Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Peggy Schweizer <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Bill Davison <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Minutes There being_ no corrections to the minutes of the October 13, 1988 <br />Commission meeting, the minutes will stand approved as read. <br />Hoelscher Mr. Tom Hoelscher, 3047 North Payne Avenue, appeared before the Commission <br />CUP For requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a second garage. Hoelscher <br />Additional reported that he has three vehicles and would like the garage for storage <br />Garage of the third vehicle as well as other general storage. <br />Hoelscher described that access to the second garage would be through <br />his existing garage. <br />Hoelscher reported that he has reviewed the Planner's November 2, 1988 <br />report and has no objections to the recommendations as contained in <br />that report. <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />DeLonais recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit for additional <br />garage requested by Tom Hoelscher, 3047 North Payne Avenue. <br />Motion seconded by Costa. <br />Motion carried 4 - 0. <br />Conoco Mr. Alan Brevitz, representing Conoco, appeared before the Commission <br />Service requesting approval of a conditional use permit so that Conoco can <br />Station construct a convenience store with 4 gas pumps on the northeast corner <br />CUP of Little Canada_Road and Centerville Road.
