MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA November 10, 1988 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of November, 1988 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman Gene DeLonais Art Herkenhoff Peggy Schweizer MEMBERS ABSENT: Bill Davison ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary Minutes There being_ no corrections to the minutes of the October 13, 1988 Commission meeting, the minutes will stand approved as read. Hoelscher Mr. Tom Hoelscher, 3047 North Payne Avenue, appeared before the Commission CUP For requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a second garage. Hoelscher Additional reported that he has three vehicles and would like the garage for storage Garage of the third vehicle as well as other general storage. Hoelscher described that access to the second garage would be through his existing garage. Hoelscher reported that he has reviewed the Planner's November 2, 1988 report and has no objections to the recommendations as contained in that report. There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on this matter. DeLonais recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit for additional garage requested by Tom Hoelscher, 3047 North Payne Avenue. Motion seconded by Costa. Motion carried 4 - 0. Conoco Mr. Alan Brevitz, representing Conoco, appeared before the Commission Service requesting approval of a conditional use permit so that Conoco can Station construct a convenience store with 4 gas pumps on the northeast corner CUP of Little Canada_Road and Centerville Road.
