As you have been made
aware through personal on -site conversations with both myself and
the Building Official, as well as over the phone, the Little
Canada Zoning Ordinance requires that licensed vehicles may be
parked in the driveway or in a surfaced space next to the
driveway. In the alternative you may store your recreational
vehicle in the side or rear yards of your property. This is to
say that the vehicle may be stored anywhere behind a line 30 feet
away from the right -of -way line. I have enclosed a sketch
illustrating this requirement and cite the applicable Zoning
Ordinance sections below:
903.050.F.6
In the case of single family, two - family townhouse
and quadraminium dwellings, parking shall be
prohibited in any portion of the front yard,
except designated driveways leading directly into
a garage or one (1) open, surface space located on
the side of a driveway, away from the principal
use.
Page 74
4601 excelsior blvd., ste. 410, minneapolis, mn 55416 (612) 925 -9420
