APAC
ALL PARK'S ALLIANCE FOR CHANGE
(AN ORGANIZATION OF MOBILE HOME RESIDENTS)
Dean Mundell
44 Little Circle Dr.
Little Canada, MN 55117
November 3, 1988.
Dear Sir or Madame,
7671 Old Central Ave. N.E.
Suite 209
Fridley, MN 55432
786 -2831
I am writing as a representative of the North Star Estates chapter
of the All Parks Alliance for Change (APAC), an organization of mobile
home residents.
Our chapter has identified the availability of safe shelter during
severe weather to be of primary concern to North Star residents. To this
end our chapter has been circulating a petition which reads:
"We the residents of North Star. Estates mobile homo park
strongly urge the construction of a storm shelter in our park."
Needless to say, response of residents has been overwhelmingly in favor
of the construction of an in park shelter.
We are requesting that you meet with a group of residents to discuss
this matter. We would like to work with you in developing plans for the
construction of a storm shelter to ensure the safety needs of the residents
of North Star Estates. Please respond in writing to the above address by
Friday, November 11, so that we may arrange a mutually convenient date for
this meeting no later than Friday, November 25.
Sincerely,
Dean Mundell,
Chairperson
(FORMERLY ANOKA p Page 6 MACE FOR CHANGE)
