I am attempting to visit with Mr. & Mrs. Mondor and possibly 1 can buy out <br />their property and give Conoco the necessary road easements that would <br />qualify and make everyone at the City comfortable. <br />2. I certainly do not want to have a down - zoning to a PUD on 12/28/88 after I <br />have been paying taxes for almost 20 years at the high commercial rate. It <br />would be a terrific financial loss to me. <br />3. The Conoco Oil people asked if I could procure a copy of the minutes of that <br />meeting and also a copy of the video that the Cable TV has available. If <br />there is any cost, I certainly would pay for this and give it to the Conoco <br />people. <br />In addition, Joe, could you send me a copy of the different zoning districts so <br />I know what zoning I am currently in and what the PUD zoning district does? <br />If you could be so kind as to have these available, I could stop over and pick <br />these up. <br />Thanks, Joe and I really appreciate your help. <br />Sincerely, <br />MCNAMARA COMPANY <br />C <. <br />Richard K.
