purposes. Before a contract for construction is executed, the <br />lease shall be completed and executed. The lease shall be in <br />consideration of the Agreement by the City to pay an agreed upon <br />amount for the construction of the shower facilities and locker <br />room, which amount shall not exceed $75,000. At the end of the <br />lease term, including any extension thereof, all improvements <br />made by the City on the leased premises shall become the <br />property of the District, and the City shall not be required to <br />remove or demolish any such improvements at the end of the lease <br />term. <br />Section 4. Construction of Expansion to Little Canada <br />Elementary School. The District shall employ a professional <br />architect, who shall cause detailed plans and specifications for <br />the expansion and related facilities to be prepared and shall <br />submit them to the District and to the City for their approval. <br />The District shall be responsible for the construction of the <br />expansion of the facilities and the City Addition in accordance <br />with applicable state law.
