improvements outside hours reserved for the District's own use
in Section 6.01.
6.01. Hours of Use. The City Addition to Little Canada
Elementary School and the public improvements are required by
law to be used primarily for the purpose of conducting regular
school curriculum and related activities of the District, and
the use thereof by the City for recreational and civic purposes
is secondary. Accordingly, the City Addition and public
improvements shall be reserved for use by the District from 8:00
a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on all days that the Little Canada Elementary
School is in regular session as determined by the District and
for special events after normal hours which directly relate to
the use of the City Addition as an elementary school, such as a
school play, PTA meeting, etc. At all other times, the City
shall have the use of the City Addition to the Little Canada
Elementary School for its residents or others in the community
designated by it. It is also the intent of this Agreement that
the District, to the extent storage space is available, will
make other storage space available for use by the City which
will not conflict with the District's use of the expansion and
the Little Canada Elementary School.
6.02. Charge for Use. The District and the City agree
that the City will not be charged anything by the District for
the use of the addition. Any revenues generated by the City in
its use of the addition for recreational purposes shall remain
the property of the City.
Page 65
