CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION FOR REASSESSMENT OF PROJECT 86 -2 WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given or waived, as required by law, the City Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed reassessment for the improvement of the following: A street improvement relating to the following described parcel: Lot 12, Block 1, Roy Wilson Addition, in the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. PIN No. 07- 29 -22 -14 -0012 WHEREAS, the City lawfully imposed special assessments against the property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 for Improvement Project 86 -2 in the amount of $7,884.80 pursuant to City Resolution No. 86 -7 -299, and WHEREAS, the City lawfully reassessed the property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 for Improvement Project 86 -2 and Improvement No. 5662, amending the assessment to $5,160.96 pursuant to City Resolution No. 87 -9 -446 based upon representations that a restrictive covenant would be filed by the property owner prohibiting a lot split of the property, and WHEREAS, the City and owner have now reached an agreement for reassessment and settlement of an appeal of the imposition of special assessments by the City on Improvement Project 86 -2 and Improvement No. 5662. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota, that: 1. The proposed reassessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named therein. 2. The City acknowledges receipt of Seven Hundred Eighty -six and No /100 ($786.00) Dollars of principal towards satisfaction of the reassessment. The remainder of the reassessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extended over a period of seven (7) years.
