January, 1989. Any deferred installments shall bear interest at <br />the rate of nine (9 %) percent per annum from the date of the <br />adoption of this Reassessment Resolution. To each installment <br />when due shall be added interest for one (1) year on all unpaid <br />installments. <br />3. The owner of the reassessed property, may, at any time <br />prior to certification of the reassessment to the County <br />Auditor, pay the whole of the reassessment with interest accrued <br />to the date of payment to the City Clerk, and he may at any time <br />thereafter prior to October 15th, pay to the City Clerk the <br />entire amount of the reassessment remaining unpaid with interest <br />accrued to December 31st of the year in which such payment is <br />made. <br />4. The City Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified <br />duplicate copy of this reassessment to the County Auditor to be <br />extended on the proper tax list of the County and such <br />reassessment shall be collected and paid in the same manner as <br />other municipal taxes. <br />5. An assessment in the amount of $1,160.96 is hereby <br />deferred pending future sale of the property or improvement of <br />Brooks Avenue. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Little Canada this <br />28th day of December, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Michael I.
