575E <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: JULY 27, 1988 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in <br />said City on Wednesday, the 27th day of July, 1988, at <br />o'clock .M. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR REDEMPTION OF <br />OUTSTANDING GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING <br />BONDS OF 1978 <br />WHEREAS: <br />A. The City Council of the City of Little Canada <br />issued on behalf of the City $1,870,000 General Obligation <br />Refunding Bonds of 1978, dated August 16, 1978, of which bonds <br />$40,000 still remain outstanding; <br />B. All of said bonds maturing in the years 1987 to <br />1990, both inclusive (bonds numbered 331 to 374, both <br />inclusive), are subject to redemption and prepayment at the <br />option of the City in inverse order of serial numbers, on <br />March 1, 1986 and on any interest payment date thereafter at <br />par and accrued interest, all as provided in the resolution of <br />the City Council dated August 16, 1978 authorizing the <br />issuance of said bonds; <br />C. The City Council deems it desirable and in the <br />best interests of the City to call all of said bonds maturing <br />in the years 1989 and 1990 (bonds numbered 367 to 374, both <br />Page 107 <br />
