inclusive), on September 1, 1988, the next interest payment <br />date, in accordance with said resolution authorizing the <br />issuance of said bonds; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Little Canada, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. All of the $40,000 General Obligation Refunding <br />Bonds of 1978 of the City maturing in the years 1989 and 1990 <br />(bonds numbered 367 to 374, both inclusive), shall be redeemed <br />and prepaid on September 1, 1988 at par and accrued interest <br />for each such bond called. <br />2. The City Clerk- Treasurer is hereby authorized <br />and directed to cause notice of the call to be published in <br />Commercial West prior to September 1, 1988, the date for call, <br />and to give mailed notice of call prior to said call date to <br />the bank were said bonds are payable and to all holders of the <br />bonds, if any, who have registered their names, addresses and <br />bond numbers with the City Clerk- Treasurer, but published <br />notice shall be effective without mailed notice.
