The person(s) living at this site at any one time
qualify as a family as defined by the Zoning Ordinance.
2. The structure is inspected and approved for habitat by
the City building Inspector.
3. Per City Fire Code, a limit of 10 persons may occupy
the structure at any one time.
4. All other comments from City Staff, City Attorney, City
Building Official and City Engineer.
cc: Joe Chlebeck
John Palacio
Don Carley
Tom Sweeney
St. Johns Church
Page 14
