This is, however, <br />subject to the review of the City Engineer. <br />RECOMMENDATI0N <br />Based on the surrounding zoning and intended and uses for <br />this area, our office would recommend approval of the <br />rezoning request from P, Public to R -B, Residential Business <br />to allow the conversion of the St. John's convent into a <br />transient housing facility for refugee families. <br />Should the City approve of the rezoning request, our office <br />would recommend the following provisions govern the proposed <br />use: <br />1. The person(s) living at this site at any one time <br />qualify as a family as defined by the Zoning Ordinance. <br />2. The structure is inspected and approved for habitat by <br />the City building Inspector. <br />3. Per City Fire Code, a limit of 10 persons may occupy <br />the structure at any one time. <br />4.
