This report deals solely with the proposed combination of the two <br />lots. Expansion of the existing building is an issue that will <br />be dealt with when Mr. Larson submits building expansion plans to <br />the City. <br />Legal Description: <br />Lot 4, Block 3 of Ryan Industrial Park, was subdivided after it <br />was platted. The southern 120 feet of this lot is owned by the <br />applicant while the northern 120 feet is owned by a separate <br />party. This information is noted simply to explain the peculiar <br />lot and block descriptions involved with this request. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on this review, we recommend approval of this lot <br />consolidation subject to compliance with any and all comments by <br />City staff and submittal of a Certificate of Survey to be <br />reviewed and approved by City staff prior to City Council action. <br />cc: Joe Chlebeck <br />Tom Sweeny <br />Don Carley <br />John Palacio <br />Dan Larson <br />Page 71 <br />
