This report deals solely with the proposed combination of the two <br />lots. Expansion of the existing building is an issue that will <br />be dealt with when Mr. Larson submits building expansion plans to <br />the City. <br />Legal Description: <br />Lot 4, Block 3 of Ryan Industrial Park, was subdivided after it <br />was platted. The southern 120 feet of this lot is owned by the <br />applicant while the northern 120 feet is owned by a separate <br />party.
