This recommendation is <br />contingent upon the following: <br />1. That Tract A will be combined with the other property <br />that the City is attempting to acquire for park <br />purposes. <br />2. All other comments from City Staff, City Attorney, Clty <br />Engineer, and City Building Official. <br />Background <br />The City of Little Canada and Mr. Hall- Meron,.the <br />applicants, have submitted an application for a subdivision <br />to create two lots. The property is located on Centerville <br />Road north of LaBore Road and is zoned I -P.
