Park Dedication Requirements <br />The Parkland Dedication requirements have been satisfied for <br />this subdivision noting that Tract A will be used as public <br />parkland. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the above review, our office recommends approval of <br />the proposed subdivision based on the fact that Tract A will <br />be for City ballfields and that the existing nonconformities <br />are not increased nor will any nonconformities be created. <br />This recommendation is contingent upon the following: <br />1.
