It is my understanding that no <br />painting will be done. If, however, there is painting, a spray booth <br />would have to to be fully sprinkled to meet the uniform fire code. <br />Other areas of concern are: <br />*Cleaning of flamable waste traps. <br />*Placement of fire extinguishers. <br />*Remove all debris within the property lines. <br />*Landscaping as shown on the site plan not fully <br />developed (copy enclosed). <br />*Separation wall between the two businesses, if <br />constructed, would need an additional exit door. <br />*Bathroom walls required to be tiled. <br />*License required for each business to be posted: <br />190 Ryan Lane - Mountain Machine <br />192 Ryan Lane - Ted Ready <br />St. Paul Utilities <br />Hoogheem Excavating <br />*Items listed are not limited - response will be <br />required. <br />Recommendations at this time are that items listed are the owner's <br />responsibility and they should adhere to the requirements as stated <br />in this correspondence. <br />JP:bj <br />cc: Mayor <br />City Council <br />City Attorney <br />St. Paul Utilities <br />Page 88 <br />
