George Altendorfer that <br />arrangements have been made with you for the Sheriff's <br />Emergency Response Team to use 2932 Centerville Road as <br />a training site. <br />The exercise would take place on September 19, 1988, starting <br />at 0730 a.m., lasting quite a long time and would involve <br />property damage. <br />This letter is to serve as notification that the Ramsey County <br />Sheriff's Department assumes all liability for injuries to <br />department personnel and damage done by our personnel.
