Kirkwold <br />Deputy Director <br />and <br />Assistant County Engineer <br />Ramsey County Public Works Department is preparing a Capital Improvement Program <br />for Roads and Bridges for 1989 -1991. Suggestions for projects on the County road <br />system within your municipality are requested to assist in the preparation of the program. <br />We recommend you prioritize the projects you select for inclusion in the 1989 -1991 <br />program. Those projects of a higher priority will receive a higher score than those of <br />a lower priority as indicated by the city. <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the rating factors and the process and <br />schedule used by Ramsey County Public Works Department staff in developing the <br />program. A project fact sheet is also attached. The project fact sheet is to be <br />completed by the city for each project suggested. <br />Projects will be prioritized for inclusion in the program by a technical advisory committee <br />comprised of representatives of engineers and administrative staff of Ramsey County <br />municipalities.
