MINUTES OE THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 14, 2006 <br />Pursuant Co due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of <br />September, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Torn Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES Rheaume recommended approval of the August 10, 2006 Planning <br />Commission meeting minutes. <br />Motion seconded by Duray. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />PRELIMINARY Knudsen reported that consideration of the Preliminary Plat for <br />PLAT - Canadian Woods is tabled until the October Planning Commission <br />CANADIAN given there is a lack of drainage information at this time. <br />WOODS <br />SPECIAL Mary Vasquez, 140 Rose Place East, appeared before the Commission <br />USE PERMIT requesting approval of a Special Use Permit for a home occupation <br />& TEXT providing spa services including yoga, manicures, pedicures, and massage <br />AMENDMENT - as well as a Text Amendment to Chapter 2202 relative to massage <br />140 ROSE therapy as an accessory use.
