The city shall maintain the permanent <br />erosion and sediment control practice after that time. <br />Section 8.0. Modification of Plan. An approved erosion and <br />sediment control plan may be modified upon submission of an <br />application for modification to the city and subsequent approval <br />by the.city. In reviewing such application, the city may require <br />additional reports and data. <br />1 Section 9.0. Gscrow_,_Re,guiremerrt_ Upon approval of an <br />erosion and sediment control plan, the city shall require the <br />developer to escrow a__ suu(_.of money_ sufficient to insure the <br />installation, completion and maintenance of the erosion and <br />sediment control plan and practices. <br />Section 10.0. Variance. in the case of restrictive site <br />conditions or emergency situations, the developer may apply for a <br />variance from this ordinance. The city shall consult the <br />appropriate water management organization(s) with the review of <br />the variance. The variance shall be approved or denied by the <br />city and appropriate water management organization(s) within <br />(____) days after receipt. <br />10.1. Road Construction.
