Little Canada /Vadnais Heights Division Directors Roseville /Falcon Heights Division Directors FROM: Executive Vice President Gene Strommen SUBJECT: Division Manager Re- assignments, SACC Program Assignments An assessment of staff responsibilities has been underway the past two months to evaluate means whereby special talents of our managers can be incorporated into their position assignments. Managers themselves have expressed a desire to display their area of expertise in certain SACC -wide programs. Recognizing the need to share more of the SACC -wide responsibilities with our existing staff, freeing the executive vice president's time to more adequately address SACC's planning and management functions, changes are being announced at this time as follows: 1. Lisa Zawtocki is designated the responsibility as communications manager. This will include staff responsibility for supervising the monthly CHAMBER SCENE, weekly news releases, media relacions, membership directory, and coordinating Division "marketing" brochures. Lisa will exchange Division responsibilities, serving as manager of the Little Canada /Vadnais Heights Chamber Division. This will be begin Ma? h with a transition period during May and June. 2. Jim Block will serve as manager of the Roseville /Falcon Heights Chamber Division, exchanging these responsibilities with Lisa during May /June. Lisa will retain responsibility for the R /FH community publication adopted by the Board in June, serving as editor for its content. She will also continue as manager of the East Metro Chamber Division. 3. Catherine Cowley is designated the responsibility of membership training and marketing manager. This includes coordinating seminars, business after hours and trade shows. Division managers continue to have a shared responsibility for the production and implementation of these SACC programs as they rotate among Divisions. Catherine will continue to serve as manager of the Arden Hills /Shoreview/ North Oaks /Mounds View and Circle Pines /Lexington /Lino Lakes Chambers.
