MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 12, 2006 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />October, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present aC roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Mr. SCeve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstein, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES Duray recommended approval of the September 14, 2006 Planning <br />Commission minutes as submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Barraclough. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />COMPRE- The City Planner reported that with the expansion of the St. Jude <br />HENSIVE Medical facility on County Road B, St. Jude is making changes to their <br />SIGN PLAN - signage. St. Jude is constructing a new identification sign at the new <br />ST. DUDE entrance to Cheir facility. The original identification sign will be <br />MEDICAL changed to an informational/directional sign. The original entrance will <br />now be used for deliveries. <br />The City Planner reported that these sign changes are very simple, and <br />meet all City Code requirements. The Planner recommended approval of <br />the changes to St. Jude Medical's Comprehensive Sign Plan. <br />
