4. The Department shall fully and completely report all <br />facts, information, and data required by the City as <br />specified on the form to be provided by the City for that <br />purpose, and such `,rm shall be subscribed by the Chief or <br />other officer of the Corporation who was in charge and <br />present he fire so repot-.', <br />5. <br />acts of <br />members <br />The City assumes no responsibility hereby for any <br />the Department, nor <br />or to the equipment <br />for any injuries or losses to <br />or trucks <br />of <br />the <br />Department; and <br />the Department hereby agrees to keep its men, equipment, and <br />trucks properly covered by insurance at no expense to the <br />City, so as to protect the Department, its members, and any <br />third persons from any loss by reason of negligence or <br />misconduct on the part of the Department or its members. <br />6. In addition, the City of Little Canada shall pay to <br />the Little Canada Volunteer Fire Relief Association the sum <br />of $16,500.00 (Sixteen thousand five hundred and no /100). <br />7.
