Minutes <br />Amending <br />CUP For <br />Warren <br />Fritze <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />January 14, 1988 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 14th day of January, 1988 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Bill Davison <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Peggy Schweizer <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Sharon Timmons <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Tom Perlinger <br />ALSO PRESENT: Ken Roberts, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Costa reported that Mr. Perlinger could not attend tonight's meeting <br />as he is out -of -town on business. <br />Mrs. Timmons reported that prior to the last Planning Commission meeting <br />she informed the City staff that she would be unable to attend. Timmons <br />wanted the minutes to be amended to reflect that her absence from the <br />last meeting was an excused absence. <br />There being no further amendments or corrections to the minutes of the <br />December Planning Commission Meeting, those minutes were approved as <br />amended. <br />Mr. Warren Fritze, 2573 Spruce Street, appeared before the Commission <br />requesting that his conditional use permit for construction of a second <br />accessory building be amended. Fritze reported that the City Council <br />has now vacated Lake Street adjacent to his property and he would now <br />like to locate his accessory building adjacent to his existing home <br />rather than behind the home as was previously approved. <br />Fritze reported that he has changed the dimensions of the accessory <br />building slightly and the building would now be 26 feet by 30 feet <br />rather than 20 feet by 35 feet as previously proposed. <br />Mrs. Timmons recommended approval of the amendment to conditional use <br />permit as requested by Mr. Warren Fritze, 2573 Spruce Street, for <br />construction of a second accessory building subject to compliance <br />with the recommendations of the City Planner as contained in his <br />Page 1 <br />
