MINUTES OF THE REGULAR t1EETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />March 10, 1988 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 10th day of March, 1988 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Bill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Peggy Schweizer <br />Tom Perlinger <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Sharon Timmons <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathy Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Minutes Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the minutes of the February <br />11, 1988 Commission meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Costa. <br />Motion carried 6 - O. <br />Brown The City Planner reported that the Brown request for division of <br />Property property located at 601 Viking Drive should be tabled until the <br />Division next Commission meeting pending additional information. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended that the Brown property division request <br />be tabled until the April Commission meeting. <br />Motion seconded by Perlinger. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Theis <br />Property <br />Division <br />Mr. Thomas Theis, 644 East County Road D, appeared before the <br />Commission requesting the division of his property into two lots. <br />Theis reported that he would like to sell his current home and <br />build a new home on the proposed lot. <br />The City Planner reported that Mr. Theis has submitted a survey <br />of the property tonight. <br />Theis reported that the corner lot would have 12,400 square feet <br />Page 1 <br />
