MINUTES OI' THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 9, 2006 <br />MINUTES <br />REZONING, <br />AMENDMENT <br />TO PUD <br />PERMIT, AND <br />COMPRE- <br />HENSIVE <br />SIGN PLAN - <br />RICE/SPRUCE <br />STREET - <br />k'RATTALONE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 9th day of <br />November, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstein, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />Duray recommended approval of the October 12, 2006 Planning <br />Commission minutes as submitted. <br />Motion seconded by McGraw. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />Frank Frattalone, Frattalone Companies, appeared before the Commission <br />requesting approval of the Rezoning of his Rice Street site and a small <br />strip of property he bought fi•om the Railroad to PUD to match the zoning <br />of his Spruce Sheet site. Frattalone indicated that these three parcels <br />comprise his office and shop development which were approved in 2001 <br />and were constructed in 2003. Frattalone reported that he is also <br />requesting an Amendment to PUD Permit for Chese sites which will <br />reflect the changes that he has made to his site plan, as well as a <br />Comprehensive Sign Plan for the business. <br />
