I. <br />apologize if you did not get your copy. I had assumed you had received <br />the report since you were on the copy list and I had not heard from you. <br />As you can see, our recommendation was for approval of the subdivision, but <br />for a variance to allow a side yard of 3.0 feet rather than 0.9 feet as re- <br />quested, or 10.0 feet as required by ordinance. <br />This issue was addressed by the Planning Commission at its 14 April meeting. <br />Its recommendation to Council was to approve the subdivision with a 3.0 foot <br />setback per on 5 April, 1988 report.
