ORDINANCE NO. 296 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 905, 910, 918 AND 920 OF THE LITTLE CANADA <br />CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING PEDESTRIAN <br />TRAILS IN ALL ZONING DISTRICTS OF THE CITY. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 <br />Section 905.030.I of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />added to read as follows: <br />905.030.I. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of <br />this ordinance) but not public parks. <br />Section 2 <br />Section 910.030.D of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />added to read as follows: <br />910.030.D Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 6f <br />this ordinance) but not public parks. <br />Section 3 <br />Section 918.030.E of the Little Canada zoning ordinance is hereby <br />added to read as follows: <br />918.030.E. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this <br />ordinance) but not public parks. <br />Section 4 <br />Section 920.030.H of the Little Canada zoning ordinance is hereby <br />added to read as follows: <br />920.030.H. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of <br />this ordinance) but not public parks. <br />Section 5 <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day of <br />1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joseph G.
