CHLEBECK, Clerk 515 Little Canada Road Little Canada, Minn. 55117 484 -2177 CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA CITY OF LITTLE CANADA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TEXT AMENDMENT MAYOR Michael Fahey COUNCIL Beverly Scalze BiII Elesener Rick Collova Jim LaVaile Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on April 27, 1988 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon as parties may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City to consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 297: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 905.050 OF THE LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING SIDE YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS IN R -1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 Section 905.050.C.2.A. of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is amended to read as follows: 905.050.C.2.A. Any parcel of land upon which a single family residence was constructed prior to June 25, 1980 shall maintain a minimum five (5) foot interior side yard setback for the principal building, future attached additions to such building, and from any existing or newly created lot lines. Accessory buildings shall in all cases maintain a minimum interior side yard setback of ten (10) feet. In all cases, side yards abutting a public right -of -way shall maintain a thirty (30) foot setback for all buildings. Section 2 This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. All persons with reference to this matter will be heard during the Planning Commission meeting on April 14, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at the Little Canada City Center, 515 Little Canada Rd., and the City Council meeting on April 27, 1988.
