at length to insure against the heat from the bottom or sides of such <br />receptacles or devices from burning or damaging any surface upon which <br />they may be placed. <br />602.030. LIGHTER FLUIDS PROHIBITED. No charcoal lighter fluids or <br />other flamable liquids or semi - liquids shall be used as igniters for fires <br />of any type on apartment balconies. Only electric type fire starters <br />shall be allowed. <br />602.040. INSPECTION. The Fire Marshall, or other properly <br />designated official of the Fire Department shall be empowered to inspect <br />any and all apartment balcony barbecue or cook -out facilities and <br />equipment to determine their safeness and compliance with this Ordinance. <br />Such official shall have the authority to give warnings or written <br />citations to violators. Willfull failure to allow such an official to <br />make such inspection upon reasonable request shall constitute a violation <br />of this Ordinance and shall be punishable as hereinafter provided. <br />602.050.
