ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS VERTICAL WHEELCHAIR LIFT BID OPENING: April 21, 1988 at 11.00 A.M. C1'1'Y OF LITTLE CANADA Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of Little Canada in the City Hall, 515 E. Little Canada Road, Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 until 11:00 A.M. on Thursday April 21,1988 at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for: UNE VERTICAL WHEELCHAIR LIFT Plans and spcc.iri.ca.tions, proposal.' forms and contract- documents as prepared by Milner. W. Carley & Associates Inc. 500 West Highway 96 St. Paul, MN 55126 may be obtained from the office of the above Engineer upon a deposit of FIVE DOLLARS ($5.00) which deposit will be returned to all Bona Fide Bidders upon the safe return of the plans and specifications in a good condition. A BONA FIDE BIDDER 1S ONE WHO ACTUALLY SIGNS AND SUBMITS A BID TO THE CITY. All bids must be made on proposal forms furnished by the City and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in an amount equal to Five Per Cent (5%) of the amount of the bid made payable to the City Clerk which shall be forfeited in the event that the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposit of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date of the opening of bids. Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement or suuunary as to work for which the bid was made.
