MINUTES <br />STORM WATER <br />POLLUTION <br />PREVENTION <br />PROGRAM <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 12, 2013 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 12th day of <br />June, 2013 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Public Works Supt. <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Pat Kelly <br />Mr. Bill Dircks <br />Mr. Kevin Schmitz <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -6 -96 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MAY 22, 2013 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />MAY 22, 2013 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to receive an annual report <br />relative to the City's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program <br />(SWPPP). <br />The Public Works Superintendent reported that the City has a storm sewer <br />system permit with the MN Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). One of <br />the requirements of that permit is that the City conducts an annual review <br />of its SWPPP. The Superintendent reported that 2012 was a quiet year <br />relative to SWPPP. There was one large park and ride facility constructed <br />
