MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 12, 2013 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -6 -98 - APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVING OF TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE <br />CANADIAN DAYS COMMITTEE AT 2013 CANADIAN DAYS <br />CELEBRATION; <br />*APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYMENT & CHANGE ORDER #1 FOR <br />LAMETTI & SONS FOR INTERCEPTOR PROJECT; <br />*ADOPTION OF POWER LINE BURIAL POLICY AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT; <br />*AUTHORIZE NUISANCE ABATEMENT FOR 2894 VANDERBIE <br />STREET AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />OFFICER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY The City Attorney reported that the prosecutors from his office have been <br />ATTORNEY'S going on ride alongs with the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department. <br />REPORT Based on this experience they are confident that the City is getting good <br />coverage by the Sheriff's Department. <br />The Attorney also reported that his office is now working with the court <br />system on Echarging, which was recently authorized by the City. That <br />system will be very helpful in streamlining processes and sharing of <br />information. <br />3 <br />
