._) Approval <br />Of The <br />Minutes <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, 11INNESOTA <br />September 13, 1984 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 13th day of September, 1984 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:32 P.M. and the following were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Bill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Thomas Ducharme <br />Roy French <br />Art Herkenhoff <br />Karolyn Kingsbury (arrived 7:40 P.M.) <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />]MEMBERS ABSENT: Peter Costa <br />Sharon Timmons <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Mr. Herkenhoff indicated that on page 9 of the August 9 minutes <br />the words "long— range" should he added before the word "planning" <br />in the first sentence. <br />".r. Uerkenhoff recommended that the minutes of the August 9 meeting <br />he approved as amended. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />Durray Mr. Tom Durray appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br />Conditional of a conditional use permit for off —site parking for Lot 4 and a <br />Use Permits conditional use permit PUD for a self— service car wash on Lot 5. <br />& PUD Mr. Durray reported that the Commission now has the report from the <br />City Engineer on the drainage situation. <br />Mr. DeLonais asked for an explanation about the Engineer's recommendation <br />on the additional manhole. Mr. Crittman explained this and reported <br />that the Engineer is also recommending a short section of pipe be added. <br />The Planner also reported that the Engineer will be preparing an overall <br />drainage plan for the Demont area. <br />Page —1— <br />
