The placing of a 6 foot drainage and utility easement along all <br />lot lines. <br />2. Upon elimination of the financial restrictions, the two parcels <br />as approved by the City be recorded as one property with Ramsey <br />County. <br />3. A development contract approved by the City Attorney, specifying <br />the conditions of PUD approval and utilization of the parcels be <br />filed against the respective properties in Ramsey County. <br />4. Any other stipulations as may be recommended by the City Engineer <br />and City Attorney. <br />cc: George W.
