MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Little Canada Planning Commission <br />FROM: David Licht <br />DATE: 5 September 1984 <br />NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS <br />RE: Little Canada Zoning Ordinance Revision Incorporated <br />4820 Minnetonka Boulevard, Suite 420 <br />FILE NO: 758.09 Mpls., Mn. 55416 612/925 -9420 <br />At the 22 August City Council meeting there was agreement with the <br />Planning Commission that the lot size for twin homes should be 12,500 <br />square feet rather than 15,000 square feet as initially suggested. The <br />Council, however, questioned lot size for corner lots plus properties <br />presently within an R -2 zoning district. <br />In response to these concerns the attached draft text amendment has been <br />drafted and is submitted for your consideration and discussion. <br />cc: Joseph Chlebeck <br />51 <br />
