Also, we have <br />consulted with surrounding communities plus several rapidly develop- <br />ing suburbs on their policies. Our finds are attached. <br />A possible compromise between your position of delaying paving for <br />one year and the position of the ordinance and Mr. Forsberg would <br />be to require paving completion prior to issuing certificate of <br />occupancy.
