Little Canada Mayor and City Council
24 October 1984
Page Two
RECOMMENDATION
As our office is not aware of neighborhood positions on this request, we can
only view the operation from a technical perspective. While our basic position
is to question the introduction of any nonresidential commercial use within
a residential area, we believe the activity as proposed generally qualifies for
a special home occupation permit. This recommendation is offered with the
following qualifications:
1. Storage of potential fire hazardous items be subject to limitations as
established by the City Fire Marshall.
2. No semi truck deliveries be allowed as part of the operation.
3. Customers on site be limited to one person at any given time.
4. Signing identifying the business not be allowed.
5. The business activity comply with all additional limitations established
by Section 903.120 of the Zoning Ordinance as may be amended.
cc: Joseph Chlebeck
Bud Nagovski
Floyd Michli tsch
•
a.,
