1. Fleur Royale Partnership shall pay to the City of <br />LIttle Canada the sum of $1,000 by cashier's check upon execution <br />of this agreement. <br />2. (a) Fleur Royale Partnership shall provide and pay two <br />(2) laborers to the City of Little Canada for a maximum of 40 <br />hours each for the purpose of planting 2' -4' balled and bagged <br />trees within the City of Little Canada. The work of said laborers <br />shall consist of digging holes for the trees, placing the trees in <br />the holes, and filling the hole around the base of the tree with <br />soil. The City shall be responsible for having an appropriate <br />supply of balled and bagged trees on the jobsite at the time of <br />planting and shall be responsible for removing the excess soil <br />resulting from said planting and shall be responsible for the <br />immediate watering of said newly planted trees and for all <br />maintenance and care thereafter. <br />(b) The City of Little Canada shall give Fleur Royale <br />Partnership at least 14 days notice prior to the intended <br />commencement of the tree planting to be done by said laborers. <br />(c) It is expected that the tree planting to be done <br />hereunder will take place in the Spring of 1985. <br />(d) If the City of Little Canada has not called upon <br />Fleur Royale Partnership for the aforementioned (2) laborers by <br />July 1, 1985, Fleur Royale Partnership shall have no obligation <br />thereafter to provide any laborers, or anything in substitution <br />thereof, at any time thereafter. <br />3. (a) The City of Little Canada accepts the money and <br />services provided in paragraph 1 and 2 above in full and complete <br />
