satisfaction of all of the unpaid park charges on the Fleur Royale <br />Condominium Conversion. <br />(b) Upon execution of this agreement, the City of <br />Little Canada will record, on its records,that the unpaid park <br />charges on the Fleur Royale Condominium Conversion have been paid <br />in full, and will so certify upon request. <br />(c) Upon execution of this agreement, the City Clerk <br />will issue a letter to the Minnesota Title Insurance Co., in <br />substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A, reciting such <br />payment and satisfaction. <br />4. This agreement does not affect the validity of the park <br />charges for which the City has received payment. The City will <br />enter on its books a satisfaction of the payment of all unpaid <br />park charges on the conversion of the Fleur Royale Apartments. <br />5. It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the <br />value of this settlement agreement to the City of Little Canada is <br />$11,000. <br />6. Each party hereby agrees to execute and deliver any <br />release documents which are necessary to carry out the intent of <br />this Agreement. <br />7. Upon the signing of this agreement, the action of <br />Plaintiff against Defendant and the Counterclaim of Defendant <br />against Plaintiff will be dismissed with prejudice and without <br />
