C <br />JOSEPH MURPHY <br />PRESIDENT OF <br />CLASSIFIED DIST. <br />INC. <br />Joseph Vitale Jr., Dennis Ryan <br />approved as read with correction. <br />the August minutes.) <br />Industrial - planned unit development <br />Dan Brauer, President of Brauer Assoc. <br />zoned light industrial. <br />Naegle Investment Company have purchased the property <br />located at Highway 36 and County Road B. <br />Plot plan presented.with two area plats. <br />Three plans - grading plans, utilities plan and lot plan. <br />Mr. Lebeans has sold the home place to a private party <br />but was not included in the plot plan. <br />Water main is in and a sewer lift is in the area. <br />Eugene Fasciana made a motion to accept the preliminary <br />plan as presented. <br />Seconded by Jack Radford <br />Carried: <br />The area will be left as is. No cars will be in front. <br />Fifteen cars will be the maximum to be shown. The house <br />will be used as an office. No banners or flags. The <br />parking lot will be upgraded with lime rock. <br />Land is zoned properly. <br />A sign about 4 x 4 will be in a front corner. <br />Employees will be two salesmen and Mr. Murphy. <br />Late model cars will be sold. <br />Mr. Murphy has contacted the neighbors and all are in <br />favor. <br />Virginia Fisher made a motion to accept the classified <br />District on Rice Street. <br />Seconded by Earl Rossez, 00C <br />Carried: <br />
