Meeting <br />City Council <br />7 Sept. -8 -1976 <br />Cont. <br />Classic <br />Distributors <br />Inc. <br />Mr. Veilleux introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76 -9- 213. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A <br />USED CAR SALES LICENSE TO <br />CLASSIC DISTRIBUTORS INC. <br />WHEREAS: Mr. Joseph Murphy of, Classic Distributors Inc., <br />appeared before the Council requesting the issuance of a, <br />Used Car Sales , license. And, <br />WHEREAS: The following documents were presented: <br />Site Plan , marked clerk's exhibit no. 532. <br />A petition,from property owners within 300 ft <br />of the proposed site, indicating that they do <br />not object;,marked clerk's exhibit no. 533. <br />A leter of intent, marked clerk's exhibit no. 534. <br />AND <br />WHEREAS: The Planning Commission has recommended <br />the approval of such_business as indicated in their <br />minutes of Sept. -2- 1976. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA. <br />That pursuant to sec. 803 of the <br />Municipal Code ,issuance of a license <br />is hereby granted to, Classic Distibutors <br />Inc., for the sale of used cars on the <br />location as indicated in the site plan <br />marked clerk's exhibit no. 532. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson. <br />The following voted infavor thereof. <br />Messrs: Veilleux, Hanson, De Bace, Jespersen and Valento. <br />Against the same, none, resolution adopted. <br />( This resolution appears in resolution book no.2 page 232) <br />Page -5- <br />007 <br />
