Little Canada Planning Commission <br />7 June 1984 Page Two <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Recommendation is made to approve a conditional use permit for auto <br />salvage of R &S Automotive under the following conditions: <br />1. A stipulation is included which will require the building located <br />or the road easement to be moved should the City determine a north - <br />south road is necessary. <br />2. A revised site plan is submitted which indicates the extent of the <br />storage area. <br />3. A landscape plan is submitted and approved. The design should <br />create a near -solid screen and consider factors of topography. <br />4.
