Please see attachment. As also noted on <br />the survey, a building has been partially placed on this reserved <br />area. <br />Mr. Chlebeck in confirming that the easement was recorded, encountered <br />the attached legal description. Please note that the easement is <br />stated as being for road purposes, but does not indicate "in favor" <br />of the City of Little Canada.
