— i1NUTES <br />City Council <br />May 23, 1934 <br />Lee rezoning factor in the Council's consideration. <br />(Cont.) <br />Mr. Fahey pointed out that even if no one was opposed to the rezoning, <br />the Council does not have to grant it. <br />Mr. John Beecher, representing Mr. and Mrs. Zoch, pointed out that <br />the portion of the Zoch property going out into Site II is a canyon <br />with sever- erosion. <br />'Mr. Fckstrom commented that he feels the City should follow its <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />!!r.
