Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
Dear Council Members:
JUN 18 1984
CITY OF
LITTLE CANADA
500 West Highway 96
St, Paul, Minnesota 55112
. 484 -3301
June 15, 1984
RE: Yorkton Industrial Park
This letter is written to layout my understanding of what Larry Lee
is or is not permitted to do in regard to the earth moving in the
industrial park.
1. Work will proceed in the residential portion so as to complete
the slope along the railroad and blend in with the natural
ground to the south. In so doing it should be understood that
in some areas it will be necessary to remove additional material
to match the approved grading plan.
2. Permission was also granted to remove additional material in the
southeast undeveloped part of the industrially zoned property.
3. It is also my understanding that part of the berm which is on
residential property may be removed so as to lower it to a
heighth of about 6 feet."
If you have any difference of opinion, I would appreciate hearing
about it as soon as possible.
Yours truly,
MIL W.
