MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />July 12, 1984 <br />Lynch (Cont.) <br />Mr. Herkenhoff recommended approval of the Lynch property division <br />subject to the recommendations of the Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Frison Mr. Frank Frison appeared before the Commission. Mr. Frison reported <br />Property that he has three lots presentlY and would like the property divided <br />Division into two lots, one fronting on County Road C and the other on Rose <br />Place. <br />Mrs. Timmons asked about the existing structure on the property. Mr. <br />Frison replied that it was a shed that would be torn down. Mr. <br />Grittman suggested that this be a condition of the approval. <br />Mr. Frison stated that they would like to take the shed down when <br />the dumpster is present during the new construction. <br />Mr. Frison reported that the resulting north lot would have 13,000 <br />square feet and the south lot would have 12,500 square feet. <br />Mr. Frison asked if he would need a topo. Mr. DeLonais stated that <br />if filling were being done he could see that a topo would be <br />necessary, but did not think one should be required in this case. <br />Mr. Herkenhoff recommended approval of the property division requested <br />by Mr. Frison subject to the recommendations of the Planner. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Ducharme. <br />Motion carried 7 — 0. <br />Thunder Mr. James Ceka appeared before the Commission. Mr. Ceka reported <br />Bay Addition that they would like to call the plat Thunder Bay Estates. Also, <br />he would realign lot lines so that corner lots were 11,000 square <br />feet and the interior lots would have sufficient frontage. On the <br />question of park land dedication, Ceka stated that he had some <br />property under the power lines he would like to dedicate, and the <br />remainder he would like to pay in cash. <br />Mrs. Timmons stated that the Park Commission would deal with this <br />issue. <br />Mr. Ceka reported that he now owns the Lundeen property and would cross <br />the Jespersen, Valento and Holzchuh properties. <br />Page —4— <br />
