ORDINANCE NO. c9 3_3 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 902.010.A. DEFINITIONS <br />OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 902.010.A. of the Zoning Code of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Little Canada is hereby amended by revisions to and additions of the following <br />subsections: <br />902.010.A. 131. Sign -Area Identification. A freestanding sign <br />which identifies the name of a single or two <br />family residential subdivisiion consisting of <br />twenty (20) or more lots; a residential planned <br />unit development; multiple residential complex <br />consisting of three (3) or more structures; an <br />office or business structure containing three <br />(3) or more independent operations; a single <br />business consisting of three (3) or more <br />separate structures existing on individual <br />platted lots or as a planned unit development; <br />or any integrated combination of the above. <br />Said sign shall be limited only to the ideni- <br />fication-of an area or complex and shall not, <br />unless approved by the City Council, contain <br />• the name of individual owners or tenants. <br />An area identification sign shall contain no <br />advertising. <br />138A. Sign - Holiday Signs. A holiday sign shall be <br />defined as decorations and /or messages which <br />recognize an official national, state or local <br />holiday. <br />140. Sign - Informational. Any sign giving information <br />to employees, visitors or delivery vehicles, but <br />containing no advertising or identification. <br />Gas price signs may be considered an informational <br />sign above the size limitation imposed within the <br />respective zoning district. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage <br />and publication. <br />Passed by the Council of the <br />City of Little Canada this <br />Tday of 1984. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joseph G.
